Recipe
Ingredients:
8-10 large prawns, shell and vein removed
Some cooking oil
Some chopped garlic
1/4 cup ketchup, mix with 40ml of water
1/4 bell pepper, cut into pieces
1 tomato, cut into chunks
Method:
1. Heat oil in pan and fry garlic till fragrant.
2. Add bell pepper and tomatoes chunk and stir fry for few minutes on medium heat.
3. Add prawns and fry till prawns almost cooked.
4. Add ketchup solution in and stir till the paste bubbles.
